Those Darn Candidate Rules

It was a pleasant enough day when Xelleen and E'van, rider of blue Geruth, stumbled upon Finian in the lower caverns. Xelleen, with her usual flirting and prodding, dragged the lad out to watch her doing adjustments to Geruth's new riding straps. It was at that time that Geruth asked the lad to stand… much to his chargrin, it seems, when he learned of the restrictions on a candidate. But nonetheless, he accepted, and was merrily led away by Xelleen.
